What you'll do: Creates and assists with Interior Design projects for R&R Properties by performing the following duties.
- Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group's core values.
- Assists with space planning, furniture layouts, finish selections, and color coordination for commercial interior projects.
- Supports the creation and updating of drawings, renderings, and project documents using CAD/Revit and related design software.
- Assists with maintaining project files, suite plans, and design documentation.
- Conducts research on furniture, materials, finishes, and current design trends.
- Participates in site visits to gather measurements, photos, and project information.
- Assists with presentation materials and marketing visuals for design projects.
- Collaborates with team members on various design and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Drives to R&R properties and various locations as assigned.
What it takes to join our team: Working towards a bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Interior Design or related field of study, sophomore or junior status preferred
