In this role, you will work as part of the Navox team while assisting with day-to-day Salesforce administration, user support, reporting, data quality, documentation, and basic configuration for the VitalLink Salesforce instance.

This is an early-career Salesforce role designed for someone who has foundational Salesforce administration experience and wants to grow in a healthcare-adjacent, customer-facing technology environment. • Assist with screen flows, task automation, guided intake processes, and case routing logic.
  • Help test configuration changes in sandbox environments.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and release validation.
  • Document configuration changes, business rules, and testing results.
  • Follow Navox standards for change management, documentation, and security review.
Reporting and Dashboards
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for VitalLink operations and leadership users.
  • Support reporting on employees served, referral activity, resource categories, case outcomes, surveys, success stories, employer engagement, and program activity.
  • Help validate report accuracy by checking source data, filters, field definitions, and dashboard logic.
  • Assist with scheduled reports, dashboard refreshes, and report folder organization.
  • Identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete data that may affect reporting accuracy.
Data Quality and Data Management
  • Assist with Salesforce data imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and cleanup.

  • Support duplicate management, picklist cleanup, required field review, and basic validation rules.
  • Document recurring data quality issues and recommend practical fixes.
Integration and Systems Support
  • Assist senior team members with testing and validating data flows between Salesforce and related systems.
  • Help identify integration-related issues such as duplicate records, missing data, incorrect statuses, failed updates, or reporting inconsistencies.
  • Document integration issues, user impacts, and steps to reproduce problems.
  • Support basic troubleshooting with forms, call center tools, reporting platforms, email tools, document management tools, or partner-facing processes.
  • Escalate technical integration issues to the appropriate Navox technical resource.
Documentation, Training, and Adoption

  • Support rollout of new features, workflow updates, and reporting changes.
  • Gather feedback from users and share adoption issues with senior Salesforce team members.
  • Promote consistent Salesforce usage across intake, navigation, referral management, follow-up, and reporting workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with Navox leadership, senior Salesforce team members, VitalLink operations, IT, analytics, sales, account management, and community resource stakeholders.
  • Participate in requirements discussions and document user needs.
  • Translate basic business requests into clear Salesforce support tickets, user stories, or configuration notes.
