Someone who is senior enough to work independently and install confidence in the business, but who is still willing to be 100% hands-on and not a Lead.
Must be able to work independently. This person will have some support from the Lead.
Agile Scrum environment experience. Hybrid experience is fine.
Analyze User Stories and determine what needs to be done
Clarify requirements with the business, as needed

Present demos to the business
