Warehouse AssociateA growing company is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join their team. Candidates will work in both the receiving and shipping departments, assisting with unloading trucks, stocking shelves, loading parts, and picking orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active throughout their shift and are comfortable working in a physically demanding role. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and attendance may have opportunities for advancement into Warehouse Clerk and Forklift Operator positions, which include opportunities for pay increases while working on assignment.Responsibilities:Unload incoming trucks and assist with receiving materials and inventoryStock shelves and organize incoming product throughout the warehousePick orders accurately and prepare shipments for outgoing deliveriesLoad parts and materials for shipmentAssist with shipping and receiving operations as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow warehouse safety procedures and company policiesWork efficiently in a fast-paced team environmentQualifications:Recent warehouse or manufacturing experience requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shiftAbility to stand and walk for the entire shiftMust be comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and physical laborStrong attention to detail and ability to work with urgencyDependable attendance and strong work ethic requiredForklift experience is a plus, but not requiredAdvancement Opportunities:Employees who demonstrate strong performance and reliability may have opportunities to move into:Warehouse Clerk positionsForklift Operator positionsThese advancement opportunities may also include pay increases while working on assignment.
