Job Summary
We're looking for an energetic, caring, and motivating Personal Trainer to join our team. If you're passionate about fitness, love helping people succeed, and enjoy building meaningful relationships, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Conduct fitness consultations and body composition assessments
- Create personalized exercise programs based on client goals and abilities
- Coach clients on exercise technique, accountability, and healthy habits
- Support client retention through relationship building and measurable progress
- Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments
- Partner with club staff to help members connect with personal training and wellness services
- Maintain accurate client records and program documentation
- Help create a positive, welcoming training environment
What We're Looking For
- Nationally accredited Personal Training certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Passion for helping people achieve meaningful results
- Ability to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Compensation: $27.00 - $70.00 per hour
