Job Description

Position Summary:
Provides exceptional nail services, including but not limited to, manicures, pedicures, and specialized treatments to guests. Salon nail technicians are to ensure a serene and rejuvenating environment while upholding the resorts luxury standards.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Must have the ability to complete manicures, pedicures and specialized nail services.
4. Provide exceptional Guest Service to Guests and Team Members.
5. Able to work within established time frames to complete all selected services offered on the Spa Menu.
6. Must have and maintain knowledge of nail products and services and actively engage in promoting and selling them.
7. Complete any necessary opening and closing duties.

Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Ability to complete nail services in established time frame.
3. Must possess or obtain State Board Cosmetology License
4. Ability to perform all nail services and treatments provided on the Spa Menu.
5. Minimum of 2 years' experience in professional nail care services industry. Resort Spa and Salon
environment preferred.

Physical Requirements:
This job has the following physical requirements:
1. Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel and crawl for duration of shift
2. Must be able to Lift/Carry/Push/Pull up to 50 pounds intermittently, up to 50% of shift.
3. Must have manual dexterity to operate job related equipment for full duration of shift.
4. Ability to wear job related PPE as needed or requested for full duration of shift.
